Position Highlights:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate concrete take-offs and estimates using On-Screen Takeoff software
-
Manage concrete construction projects focused on Tilt-Up Wall and Slab Construction
-
Oversee submittal tracking and documentation processes
-
Provide direct supervision to Project Superintendents
-
Manage bidding processes for projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million
-
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-
Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members
Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in the concrete industry

Proven experience managing and estimating Tilt-Up Wall and Slab construction projects

Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff estimating software

Exceptional organizational and project management skills
-
Ability to work flexible hours – typically 7:00 AM until completion of daily tasks

Self-starter attitude with strong attention to detail and commitment to completing tasks

Positive demeanor, punctuality, and a “go above and beyond” mentality are a must
