What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor Foreman position at Skilled Trades Partners?
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced working Labor Foreman to assist with managing the workers on the jobsite as well as help out on the job to ensure site progress.
Job Duties:
- Following safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Using basic hand and power tools as directed
- Assist with General Labor work
- Coordinate crews
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials
- Comfort working outdoors and on construction sites
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Experience with being a Labor Foreman
