What You Bring
- 5 years of HVAC experience
- Active Connecticut S1/S2 or D1/D2 license
- OSHA-10 (preferred — we’ll help if you don’t have it)
- Reliable, dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Basic hand tools & PPE
