Heavy Equipment Operator

Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a two week, commercial project in Devens, MA starting on 4/20/2026.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Heavy Equipment(Excavator)

• Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects

• Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes

• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew

• Perform daily equipment inspections

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of construction experience(preferred)

• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• MA 2a1c Hoisting License

• Strong communication skills

• Commitment to safe work practices
