Construction Laborer – Civil & Sitework

We are seeking hardworking Construction Laborers to join crews on large commercial job sites in the Bedford, NH area. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in civil construction and site development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist crews with commercial sitework and dirt work projects
- Shovel, rake, and move materials around active job sites
- Support heavy equipment operators and foremen as needed
- Help maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Load/unload materials and tools
- Perform general labor duties to keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications:
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred
- Experience working on commercial or civil job sites is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $22–$25/hr depending on experience
