Confidential Skilled Nursing Center, a skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Doylestown, PA, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment among our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with examinations and/or questions, providing personalized attention and care
- Implement and interpret organizational policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team to discuss patient care and progress
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient information
- Participate in care plan development with the clinical team to ensure patient-centered care
