At Skilled Physicians Group, we don't just fill roles - we build partnerships, and our culture is the foundation everything is built on. We are a mission-driven physician organization bringing expert behavioral health and psychiatric care directly to residents in skilled nursing facilities across the country - committed to serving the most underserved patients in healthcare.

You'll join a team that pushes each other to grow, shows up for one another, and shares in each other's wins. We work hard, we have fun doing it, and we genuinely believe that a great culture isn't a perk - it's how we operate every single day. We are seeking a driven Market Closer who is a trusted name in the healthcare community - someone ready to own their territory, lead with integrity, and grow alongside one of the best teams in the business.

Territory Development: Identify high-potential skilled nursing facilities in your region and thoughtfully prioritize outreach based on behavioral health need and partnership fit.

Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships built on trust, clinical credibility, and consistent follow-through.
