- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficiency.
- Prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled.
- Assist in the inventory management process, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to meet operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems.
- Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

- Clean driving record is a must.
