About the Role:

Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Staff Pharmacist and play a vital role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure optimal medication management and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a skilled nursing environment.
• Conduct medication therapy management and patient counseling.

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies as needed.

Requirements:

• PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Active Washington State pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software and electronic health records.
