About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering and restocking pharmaceuticals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in compounding medications as needed following established protocols.
• Perform quality control checks on medications and supplies.
• Educate patients on medication usage and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations is advantageous.
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software and technology.
