What You’ll Do
Own and grow your assigned Ohio territory across our Skilled Nursing Facilities
Build and strengthen referral pipelines with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and payors
Convert referrals into admissions through strong clinical positioning and responsiveness
Identify gaps in the market and create strategies to increase census and capture rate
Partner with facility teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution
Mentor and support business development efforts across the region

What You Bring
2 years in hospital liaison, healthcare marketing, or post-acute business development
Proven ability to build referral relationships and drive admissions
Strong understanding of skilled nursing and post-acute care
Confidence, accountability, and the ability to work independently in the field
