Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the admissions process from inquiry to move-in
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral partners, and the community
Plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive census and promote facility services
Provide tours and ensure an exceptional experience for residents and families
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare admissions/marketing (preferably in skilled nursing or rehab)
