We are looking for a dependable, hands-on, and proactive Maintenance Director to join our skilled nursing team. This is an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, families, and staff.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facility and grounds

• Complete routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance

• Identify and address potential safety and maintenance concerns before they become larger problems

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

• Maintain building systems, equipment, fixtures, and common areas

• Coordinate repairs and services with outside vendors and contractors when needed

• Maintain appropriate records, inspections, and maintenance documentation

• Help ensure the facility remains compliant with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

• Assist with emergency preparedness, including emergency equipment and facility
