Qualifications for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON):
- Active RN license
- Minimun of 1 year of ADON or similar position experience prefered
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
- Participate in the development and achievemnt of nursing department goals and objectives.
- Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
- Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand.
- Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesy and integrity in every interaction.
