Registered Nurse (RN) – Lead Position
Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility | Westchester County, NY
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually
A confidential skilled nursing facility in Westchester County is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a lead position overseeing resident care and supporting our nursing and home health aide teams.
Responsibilities include:
Provide day-to-day oversight of LPN and home health aide staff.
Ensure resident care is delivered appropriately and continuity of care is maintained.
Perform audits as directed.
Complete initial and annual assessments, as needed.
Attend regular meetings with the Director of Patient Services (DPS).
Keep the DPS and Director of Compliance informed of resident care needs and relevant updates.
Schedule and Benefits:
Full-time, salaried position: 40 hours per week.
No weekends, on-call responsibilities, direct patient care, mandatory overtime, or travel.
