Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
Monitor and adjust daily staffing needs based on census changes, callouts, and coverage requirements.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
Maintain accurate staffing records and documentation to comply with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to identify scheduling gaps and staffing solutions.
Communicate effectively with staff regarding schedules, shift changes, and any necessary updates.
Assist in tracking employee attendance, overtime, and compliance with facility policies.
Support the HR team in managing time-off requests, payroll adjustments, and employee inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare administration preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scheduling software or willingness to learn.
A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
Must have valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in FL
