Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations and ensure exceptional care within our facilities. As a key leader, you will drive compliance, enhance resident well-being, and optimize administrative efficiency all while fostering a supportive and compassionate environment for both staff and residents.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Florida
Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Strong financial and marketing acumen
5 years as an Administrator (preferred)
Expertise in QIS survey processes & the 5-star rating system
