This role combines the responsibilities of an HR Generalist with a strong focus on talent acquisition and clinician onboarding. The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our workforce, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and building a pipeline of qualified clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Generalist FunctionsAdminister day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination.Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.Talent AcquisitionPartner with leadership to identify staffing needs across clinical and administrative roles.Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the home health care industry.Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Build relationships with nursing schools, professional associations, and community networks to expand candidate pipelines.Onboarding & Clinician SupportCoordinate and facilitate onboarding programs for new clinicians and staff.Ensure credentialing, licensing, and background checks are completed in compliance with regulatory standards.Deliver orientation sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture and processes.Monitor onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve the experience for clinicians.QualificationsDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).2–4 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in health care or home health care.Proven experience in talent acquisition and clinician recruitment.Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care by supporting the clinicians who deliver it.Collaborative and mission-driven work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities in HR and health care.Job Type: Full-timePay Range: $60,000-$70,000 annually
