Skilled Nursing Facility experience REQUIRED.
Business office manager is responsible for the day to day resident census, billing and RFMS trust, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficient in maximizing the collection of applied income, private coinsurance receivables, assists with submission, tracking and resolving of Medicaid pending application, accurate billing and cash collection activity and ensuring full compliance with residence funds at all times. Perform end of month reconciliation of census/revenue, accounts receivable and cash/bank reconciliation. Assists the Controller with tasks as needed.
Experience - 1 to 2 years of billing and collection in Long Term Care. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Manage Care reimbursement. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, RFMS and Point Click Care.
