We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing at our Dayton Long Term Care facility. Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services
Supporting clinical staff, including supervision, mentorship, and evaluations
Ensuring high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
Participating in the development and oversight of care plans and quality assurance initiatives
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Participating in on-call weekend rotation and supporting day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
