Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $58,000 per year uncapped commissions
- Commission: 5% of gross invoiced revenue from generated leads (additional Average $60,000 commissions)
- Vehicle Support: $150/week allowance or company fuel card

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold call, and visit plumbing and HVAC companies to secure new referral partnerships
- Build and maintain strong field‑based relationships with technicians and owners
- Serve as the first point of contact for trade partners during emergency losses
- Respond quickly and coordinate service to reinforce reliability and partnership value
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed referral agreements

Required Qualifications
- Proven success in competitive, commission‑driven sales roles
