We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to step into a pivotal role as a Technical Project Coordinator, driving the seamless coordination and prioritization of product security reviews. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring our digital products and applications meet the highest security standards. Your work will directly impact the security posture of our offerings, protecting user data and maintaining the trust of our global audience. You'll be the crucial link between dedicated internal security segments and a centralized security assurance team, ensuring that security initiatives are not only met but exceeded with efficiency and clarity.

**What You'll Do:**

You will be the central point of contact, orchestrating the flow of critical security work and ensuring that our product security objectives are aligned with strategic business goals. Your efforts will guarantee that security reviews are conducted efficiently, transparently, and with a focus on continuous improvement, ultimately strengthening the resilience of our digital ecosystem.

* Maintain the prioritization and schedule for all product security reviews within your assigned segment.
* Coordinate the scheduling of product security reviews with our centralized security assurance team, fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
* Utilize metrics and data-driven insights to track compliance obligations, monitor progress, escalate issues proactively, and identify key areas for focused attention.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement efficient solutions for prioritization, coordination, and performance measurement.
* Cultivate and manage strong, positive relationships with security and technical partners across the organization.
* Develop and maintain clear, concise management updates, dashboards, and metrics to effectively communicate status and progress to stakeholders.

**What You'll Bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-5 years of experience in service delivery within a geographically distributed organizational structure.
* Demonstrated strong relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and drive collaboration.
* General familiarity with core Information Security concepts and best practices.
* Experience with Program Management methodologies, Scrum, and/or Agile frameworks.
* Exceptional ability to distill complex and technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand communications for diverse audiences.
* A keen eye for detail, coupled with strong analytical skills.
