  • Support daily publishing tasks such as scheduling and publishing content across platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) using tools like Sprout or native platform features.
  • Assist with caption input, link generation, quality control, and final checks pre-publishing, ensuring all posts meet platform specifications, brand voice, and accessibility standards.
  • Monitor platform trends, cultural moments, and entertainment tentpoles to inform proactive planning and reactive content opportunities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day voice across social platforms, engaging authentically with the community through comments, DMs, and conversations, and collaborating with local agencies to optimize community management.
  • Track and analyze performance across organic social, influencer, and paid media programs using platform-native tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Manage reporting of fan engagement, social listening sentiment, and content performance by category using Sprout and native platform tools.
  • Compile performance recaps, insights, and learnings for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Apply data-driven learnings to refine content, targeting, and activation approaches.
  • Assist in preparing decks, campaign recaps, and real-time stakeholder updates, and fulfill internal requests such as Box uploads, asset pulls, and Slack inbox triage.
  • Act as both an internal and partner-facing expert, representing the social, influencer, and paid media point of view.
