You'll shape and deliver consumer-centric visual merchandising concepts across global retail environments, ensuring design excellence, brand consistency, and seamless go-to-market execution. This role blends hands-on design leadership with strategic oversight, partnering closely with brand, creative, operations, and regional teams.
What You'll DoCreative & Design Leadership
- Translate brand strategy and space planning into compelling global VM concepts.
- Lead concept development through sketches, 3D modeling, and clear design direction.
- Own VM briefs, presentations, guidelines, planograms, and DTO drawings.
- Build and maintain a global 2D/3D library of products, fixtures, and assets.
Cross-Functional & Project Leadership
- Drive alignment across Brand, Creative, Copy, Operations, and regional partners.
- Lead the VM Go-To-Market calendar, managing timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Partner with Brand Operations to deliver efficient, on-budget space planning updates.
Brand Stewardship & Quality
- Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, quality, and craftsmanship across all VM outputs.
- Anticipate future needs and introduce innovative VM solutions aligned with market trends and brand evolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in luxury beauty visual merchandising or relevant retail design.
- Advanced 3D design skills (SketchUp Pro or similar) and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep knowledge of fixture systems, materials, and global retail formats (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, international markets).
- Strong creative judgment paired with operational rigor and project management expertise.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
