Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Design teams to develop creative concepts through to final execution for both the homebuilding and payments brands.
• Design and produce a wide range of brand assets across digital, print, motion, environmental graphics, presentations, and social media platforms.
• Actively contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines and visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop compelling creative for advertising campaigns, brochures, presentations, signage, events, community marketing, sales materials, product launches, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Create engaging motion graphics and visual content specifically for digital campaigns, social media, and product marketing efforts.
• Support website, email, paid media, app marketing, and other digital experiences with compelling visual design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Stay current with contemporary design, luxury branding, architecture, interior design, fintech, payments, Web3, and digital marketing trends to keep our brands at the forefront.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate and/or fintech sectors.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional branding, typography, editorial, digital, and campaign design work.
• Proven experience designing for real estate, premium consumer brands, and/or fintech, payments, or technology brands is highly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• Strong typographic, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• A conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail, capable of bringing ideas to life visually.
• Extensive experience designing for print, digital, motion, email, web, and social media campaigns.
• A keen understanding of contemporary design trends across both luxury real estate and modern fintech brands.

• Experience with software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, other motion software, and Figma.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems.
