Join us in this new role! Lead field marketing teams and local strategies across home services brands and branches. Partner with General Managers, Operations, and corporate marketing to execute localized campaigns (media, local SEO, events, paid digital) that boost lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
Required Skills
- Field & Local Marketing Leadership: Expertise in managing local/field marketing teams, executing local campaigns, and scaling best practices across multi-location operations.
- Local Media Planning & Buying: Experience negotiating, purchasing, and managing traditional and local media (radio, TV, print, direct mail, OOH, and community sponsorships).
- Local Digital Marketing & SEO: Hands-on knowledge of location-based digital strategy, Google Business Profile management, citation consistency, directory listings, and Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
- CRM & Campaign Tracking: Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools for lead attribution, campaign performance tracking, and sales handoffs.
- Budgeting & Performance Analytics: Strong ability to manage location-level marketing budgets, establish KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, ROI), analyze lead data, and optimize spend.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building skills to partner with branch General Managers, cross-functional teams, agency partners, and media vendors.
- Project Management: High proficiency in Excel, data reporting, and prioritizing competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Trade/Home Services Industry Expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or residential trades).
- Background in agency account management or client-facing multi-unit marketing roles.
- Field marketing, multi-location/multi-unit operations, or agency/client-facing roles.
Years of Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field, local, or multi-location marketing with a proven record of lead generation.
