What You’ll Do

• Act as a key operational leader, managing the intake and prioritization of mobile messaging requests from various stakeholders.
• Translate complex marketing campaign needs and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for mobile engagement channels, including SMS, push notifications, and digital wallet messaging.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Technology, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistent, predictable delivery using SAFe Agile practices.
• Maintain a meticulously groomed backlog in industry-standard tooling, such as Jira, ensuring visibility, accuracy, and proper prioritization of tasks and dependencies.
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
• Proactively track progress, identify and remove impediments, and coordinate across various technology and business partners to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify and communicate potential delivery risks, dependencies, and scope changes early, proposing effective mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Ensure all deliveries adhere to applicable governance, risk, and compliance requirements, particularly in regulated environments.
• Support comprehensive release planning and documentation, ensuring smooth, compliant, and successful deployments.
• Coordinate story-level delivery across multiple teams, ensuring readiness for production release through thorough documentation, testing completion, and necessary approvals.
• Contribute to reporting and visibility into work in progress, completed initiatives, and upcoming priorities, providing transparency to stakeholders.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in an Agile delivery role such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or a similar blended role.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SAFe Agile concepts, including PI planning, features/epics, dependencies, and core ceremonies.
• Proven experience delivering capabilities within the mobile messaging ecosystem, specifically with SMS, push notifications, in-app/mobile notifications, mobile wallet messaging, or multi-channel journey execution.
• Extensive experience in writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, coupled with a strong track record of partnering effectively with engineering and QA teams throughout the delivery process.
• Proficiency in using Agile tooling such as Jira.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate across a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
• Strong aptitude for story writing and backlog refinement.
• A keen eye for acceptance criteria development and a delivery validation mindset.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• A solid understanding of dependency and risk management, along with effective stakeholder communication abilities.
• Comfort and proficiency in working with technical teams, translating intricate business needs into executable work items.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe POPM, SSM) or an equivalent Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, CSPO).
• Experience supporting MarTech platforms and campaign enablement tools, such as journey orchestration platforms, messaging providers, and consent/preferences management systems.
• Familiarity with release governance processes in regulated environments.
• An understanding of testing practices, including UAT coordination, regression considerations, and basic API/event knowledge.
