What You’ll Do

• Meticulously create and maintain product records, ensuring all assigned setup inputs are accurate and complete.
• Validate product assortment, attributes, imagery, and overall product readiness for launch.
• Ensure products are accurately activated, sequenced, and available to customers precisely when expected.
• Execute timely and accurate regular and promotional pricing updates across the digital platform.
• Set up comprehensive offer details, compelling promotional messaging, and all required inputs for successful campaigns.
• Thoroughly validate pricing, eligibility, timing, and promotional accuracy before every launch to prevent errors.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on product details pages (PDPs), pricing, badges, and promotional messaging.
• Proactively identify discrepancies, meticulously document issues, and escalate risks swiftly to resolution.
• Revalidate all fixes and confirm accurate customer-facing execution post-resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive SKU readiness trackers, documentation, and status updates for all products.
• Provide essential support for new product launches, seasonal floorsets, and daily offer changes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and managers, ensuring seamless handoffs and shared priorities.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms or Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially concerning offer messaging and customer-facing execution.
• Experience supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, or promotional events.
• Familiarity with essential onsite merchandising concepts, including product sequencing, category navigation, product discoverability, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining impeccable accuracy.
• Experience supporting daily business changes and executing launches efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, such as SFCC.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Experience with data validation and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in ticketing and project management systems (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• A strong sense of urgency and proactivity.
