We are seeking a visionary creative leader to join a dynamic team, shaping the visual narrative for world-renowned experiences. As a pivotal force in our creative hub, you will leverage your expertise to inspire audiences and define the aesthetic of groundbreaking campaigns, making a tangible impact on how millions connect with our offerings.

**What You Will Do:**

* Apply imaginative design and strategic problem-solving to complex advertising challenges, delivering marketable, high-impact solutions.
* Partner closely with a Senior Copywriter to conceive and deliver compelling 360-degree campaign concepts.
* Create stunning content for all digital and social channels associated with our iconic experiences.
* Provide clear, inspired direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors, and vendors to ensure the highest creative output.
* Construct cohesive creative presentations and maintain a high comfort level with client contact and internal stakeholders.

**What You Bring:**

**Required Qualifications:**

* Mastery of photography, videography, typography, and layout.
* Deep fluency in digital and social ideation.
* Well-versed in current design trends and the nuances of omnichannel creative.
* Proven track record of delivering conceptual thinking and executing award-winning campaigns.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Fluency in new tools to support ideation and execution.
* Deep competency in ideating and designing specifically for the digital and social space.
* Superior time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments, self-manage, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
* Exceptional design and comping skills with a meticulous eye for aesthetic detail.
* A genuine curiosity and knowledge of the rich history of iconic entertainment and experiences.
* 5 years in an agency setting or a related creative environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Knowledge of After Effects and 3D software.
* A strong ear for music.
* Experience in promotional, experiential, and trend-driven social media campaigns.
