Summary-IT automation engineer who has a ability to develop and support automation solutions for IT systems across cloud and on-prem environments. This role involves Software development, Observability, part of on-call rotation, troubleshoot incidents, and supporting automation platforms.

Must-Have:
Coding using Python or Go Lang
.Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)
Full-stack development (web apps and APIs)
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Good communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent exp
7 years of experience in IT Automation or Software Development
