About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide engaging, one‑on‑one ABA therapy in home and community settings
- Follow individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
- Collect session data using simple tools (we train you!)
- Collaborate with families and your supervising BCBA
- Bring positivity, patience, and encouragement to every session
- Current, active **RBT certification (required)**
- Experience working with children (ABA experience is a plus)
