What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and build long-term relationships
- Answer phones with professionalism and confidence
- Translate technician findings into clear, understandable recommendations
- Present services and close sales ethically and effectively
- Manage workflow and coordinate between customers and technicians
- Keep the shop organized and operating efficiently
