Who We Are

Skil-Care Corporation is a nearly 50-year-old U.S.-based medical products manufacturer supplying hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehab centers, and home-care providers across the U.S. and Canada. About 95% of what we sell is manufactured in New York, providing customers with speed, consistency, and supply-chain resilience. We’re in expansion mode and building a next-generation inside sales team to help scale our reach inside healthcare facilities.


What This Role Actually Is

Your mission is to grow relationships directly inside healthcare facilities—expanding existing accounts and forging new ones across nursing, therapy, purchasing, supply chain, facilities management, and value analysis committees. You’ll also evaluate and onboard distributors and maintain strong distributor relationships, but the core of the role is facility-level growth across the U.S. and Canada.

You are the connective tissue between the customer, our field team, and internal resources.


Where You’ll Be Operating

Your territory spans the entire United States and Canada.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building, expanding, and managing relationships with hospitals, LTC facilities, rehab centers, and home-care agencies across North America.
  • Navigating clinical teams, nursing leaders, therapists, purchasing, supply chain, facilities management, and value analysis committees.
  • Identifying and converting opportunities into broader product adoption.
  • Driving product trials, evaluations, conversions, and education initiatives.
  • Collaborating with field sales reps for in-person in-servicing, demos, and staff training.
  • Partnering with internal teams for tailored customer support.
  • Vetting, onboarding, and supporting distributors.
  • Becoming a credible product expert across clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Managing inbound inquiries and executing strong proactive follow-up.

Work Model & Compensation

  • Total Comp Target: $50k–$100k OTE
