Key Responsibilities
Detailing Duties
- Clean and detail new and pre-owned boats inside and out
- Wash, wax, buff, and restore gelcoat surfaces
- Clean upholstery, compartments, carpets, and consoles
- Maintain the cleanliness of the service and detail areas
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain detailing equipment properly
- Move and position boats and trailers around the lot and showroom
- Assist with boat staging, display setup, and customer deliveries
- Transport boats between departments as needed
- Help load and unload boats, gear, and accessories
- Keep lot, docks, and grounds clean and organized
- Check and maintain signage and display presentation
- Support dealership operations and team members with general tasks and errands
- Prior detailing experience preferred (automotive, marine, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors and around water
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to safely maneuver trailers (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license required
