Job Title: Collections Specialist – Administrator (Temp)

Summary:
Nagra-Kudelski Group , is seeking a Collection Specialist-Administrator to support the Internet of Things (IoT) division of the Group (Kudelski IoT) and their asset tracking product called RecovR. RecovR is used by car dealerships, car rental companies, construction companies among others to track and manage vehicle/equipment inventory. This position will ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts and establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all customers. This role will involve a large amount of customer contact (internal and external via telephone and email), requiring a strong customer-focused approach and positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Review and research a high volume of transactions, identifying root causes of discrepancies and recognize resolutions, document issues and report to management.
- Provide customer service regarding collection issues.
- Identify, review, and prepare account adjustments.
- Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, account adjustments, customer reconciliations.
- Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned portfolio including but not limited to regular collection calls and correspondence to customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Work with customers and internal employees in the pursuit and resolution of collection matters.
- Negotiate win-win solutions to get paid
- Excellent customer service and professionalism
- Proactively seeks ways to develop and expand client relationships.
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum three (3) years' experience in collection best practices
- Automotive retail experience highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizing skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Strong MS Office and data entry skills
- Professional, polished, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
