Company Overview:

Skid Pro is a direct to customer, marketing and manufacturing company in the compact equipment industry, focusing specifically on skid steer attachments. We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team. Our atmosphere is high energy and high impact (right where fun meets function) with a flat structure, collaborative team mentality, and positioned to bring positive change with meaningful impact. Above and beyond competitive pay, we pride ourselves with a casual dress policy (yes, actually casual), bi-weekly early off Fridays, and a killer Christmas Party!


Full Job Description:

We do things a bit differently at Skid Pro. We do not have typical sales personnel, we have “Product Gurus” who are product experts tailored to exceptional customer service and consultive selling. Our Gurus sell and service directly to customers looking to purchase from start to finish, meaning this is not a cold calling position. We build relationships with our customers by giving them an experienced Guru who can quote, sell, finance, ship, and service, all through a single point of contact.

This means we need expert multi-taskers who thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong oral and written communication skills. Gurus need a mix of education and experience to connect with customers, quickly and creatively solve problems, and identify opportunities for sales. 


Job Responsibilities:

-Add to the company culture while working with other sales leaders

-Provide prompt sales quotes and product information to customer

-Identify creative opportunities to solve customer problems or needs

-Continuous learning of product, company, and competitor knowledge

-Engage in weekly team sales meetings by providing insight on new opportunities

-Must be punctual, detail orientated, inquisitive, and motivated

-Masters, Bachelor’s, or Associates Degree preferred, but willing to train the right individual with experience

-Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system operation

-Exceptional oral and written communication skills are a must


Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $100,000 - $175,000 per year
