Full Job Description:
A small marketing department means the Marketing Specialist position will have direct involvement and impact on every facet of marketing at Skid Pro, including videos, social media, print advertisements, ad copy, press releases, and beyond. Our main goal as the marketing team is to protect and grow the brand by producing relevant & timely print, digital, and video experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background and understanding. Additionally, strong writing skills, including technical writing and the ability to write scripts for video content, are preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Protect the Brand!
-Write and edit marketing content aimed at direct-to-consumer (social posts, blogs, website, owner’s manuals, etc.)
-Participate in the management of all social media accounts, including content origination
-Develop and write content for our website
-Post & edit website content (WordPress)
-Assist with video development (scripts, site setup, etc.)
Requirements:
-One to Three years of marketing experience: Social media management experience preferred
-Associate's degree in business or marketing at a minimum. Open to other degrees if the applicant other applicable experience
-Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with the entire company & customers
-Strong proof-reading and editing skills
-Graphic Design – Experience or willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
