Office location in Salem, NH with satellite stores in Framingham and Woburn, MA plus SkiHaus.com. We are a retail company specializing in ski, snowboard, and outdoor furniture sales. The store serves customers who are passionate about winter sports and outdoor living, offering a range of equipment, gear, and furnishings. Team members help customers select products that match their experience level, lifestyle, and budget. The environment is energetic, customer-focused, and highly seasonal, with increased activity during peak winter months. Applicants can expect a hands-on retail setting with opportunities to learn about outdoor products and gear. We’re looking for a Marketing Director who’s excited to take ownership of our digital presence, events, and brand as we continue to grow.
About the Role
This isn’t a sit-in-a-corner-and-post-on-social role. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of our marketing – from our website and email campaigns to social media, in-store branding, and events. You’ll play a key role in connecting what’s happening in our stores with how we show up online and in the community.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain our website (orders, product updates, promotions, merchandising)
- Manage the plan and execution of marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels
- Own and grow our social media presence (Ski Haus & NOTB)
- Plan and run fun events like ski and snowboard demos, customer appreciation days, and fundraisers for local non-profits
- Work with store teams to ensure strong in-store branding and messaging
- Track performance and continuously improve what’s working
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of marketing experience (retail experience is a big plus)
- Experience managing websites (BigCommerce experience is ideal)
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns
- Someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- A mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision making
