About the R ole

Ski T echnicians are the face of Ski Butlers. At its core, our technicians interact with customers daily by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations, complet ing on -mountain support service and pick ing up gear at the end of their rental period . We empower our technician s to build confident decision making, accountab ility and professional skills in the workplace. Setting each other up for success is what drives us forward at Ski Butlers. Primary Responsibilities

• Completing the entire Cycle of Service for scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rentals .

• Packing rental orders in advance of equipment delivery .

• Delivering rental equipment to guests’ accommodation an d providing a highly personalized fitting experience .

• On-Mountain Support for guests requesti ng equipment changes.

• Picking Up equipment from guests’ accommodation at the end of their rental period. Equipment is brought back to the shop, sanitized, tuned, and re-stocked for their next use.

• Meet or exceed Brand Standards while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements :

• KCR #1: On Time – A rriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time

• KCR #2: Communication – S etting clear expectations around the entire scope of service

• KCR #3: Equipment – C hoosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

• Making/Answering customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone of voice

• Maintain ing a clean and organized workspace including delivery vehicle s.

• Basic ski/snowboard tuning, waxing and general equipment maintenance

• Setting up the next shift and future team members for success
