Location: Highland Heights, OH
Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Support
- Coordinate material flow between receiving, warehouse, and production areas.
- Support inventory control, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
- Assist with demand fulfillment and internal order tracking.
- Communicate material shortages and expedite needs to the appropriate teams.
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive incoming materials, spindles, inspect for accuracy and damage, and process transactions in the ERP system.
- Prepare outbound shipments including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers as required.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.
- Work with the shipping/receiving colleague to be each other’s backup.
- Load/unload trucks using appropriate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Working knowledge of shipping & receiving processes.
- Ability to read basic work instructions and follow standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a production environment.
- Basic computer skills (ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, data entry)
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams (production, supply chain, leadership)
- Team-oriented with a "hands-on" approach.
Technical Skills:
- Forklift certification or experience
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, M3, or similar)
- Knowledge of inventory control methods (cycle counting, FIFO, etc.)
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (air dryers, spindle reman, machining, etc.)
