Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics and Operations Manager located in North Miami Beach, FL. The Logistics and Operations Manager will be responsible for Manage all aspects if our 3PL warehousing operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment and warehouse logostocs.
overseeing day-to-day logistics and operations, coordinating shipments of gym equipment and parts across thr USA ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
managing the supply chain, and ensuring efficient operations management. The role also involves monitoring key performance indicators, conducting regular analyses to optimize performance, and ensuring high customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Supply Chain Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Key Performance Indicators
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proficient in logistics software and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the fitness industry is a plus
