What You Will Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain company credit and collections policies.
- Assess and approve customer credit limits, terms, and risk levels.
- Oversee collections activities to ensure timely payments and reduction of delinquent accounts.
- Monitor portfolio performance, DSO, and cash flow metrics; prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
- Resolve escalated customer issues related to billing, disputes, and payment terms.
- Partner with sales and finance teams to balance risk with business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dynamic credit and collections team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or professional certification preferred such as CCE).
- 10 years of progressive credit and collections experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role. Wholesale / Retail customer experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of credit risk management, accounts receivable, and collections practices.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and credit/collections software.
- Results-oriented with a track record of improving DSO, cash flow, and portfolio performance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
