About The Role
This position is responsible for the daily tasks as it relates to the framework of operations. They will be accountable for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support the front office. They will also be responsible for following all standard policies and procedures within their assigned department and the distribution center.

About The Role
This position is responsible for the daily tasks as it relates to the framework of operations. They will be accountable for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages, as well as a variety of clerical duties that support the front office. They will also be responsible for following all standard policies and procedures within their assigned department and the distribution center.
What You Will Do
- Greet visitors, vendors, and public.
- Ensure visitors and vendors check in and provide guest pass as needed
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Distribute mail as needed
- Assist in the monitoring of office supplies for the front office and assigned departments through the distribution center.
- Coordinate requests from corporate for corrugated/meeting supplies for the mailroom, showrooms, and other venues as requested.
- Review and maintain the Packaging Materials Inventory spreadsheet
- Determine Packaging Inventory needs based on daily/weekly usage
- Receive Proof of Delivery’s against PO’s in PeopleSoft
- Maintain, organize, and update purchase order and vendor files
- Process all retail tape and supply orders for the retail stores
- Gather copier meter usage from departments throughout the distribution center and maintain Copier Meters Count spreadsheet
- Assists in other duties as needed and directed, e.g., projects etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
- Customer Service skills required
- 2-3 plus years of office experience preferably in a distribution center setting.
