Production and Commercialization Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Production Coordinator provides operational support to the Production and Commercialization teams by managing daily shipments, organizing product samples, and ensuring smooth workflow within the production room and work areas. This role focuses on execution and coordination, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, including scanning, unpacking, and distributing packages.
• Log, stamp, and organize samples, ensuring accurate tracking and availability for fittings.
• Support the Production Room operations, including receiving, stacking, and arranging New Production Cases (NPC).
• Update shelf signage and assist in scanning to maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Assist managers with sorting samples, delivering them to fitters, and supporting fittings.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Request and track samples from archives and distribution centers.
• Deliver samples to various buildings and stakeholders as needed.
• Prepare and organize archive boxes, including logging details and scheduling pickups.
• Support walkthroughs by organizing shoes and returning excess pairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Comfort with handling physical tasks, including lifting and arranging boxes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Familiarity with shipment tracking, barcoding systems, and basic reporting tools preferred but not required.

The pay range for this position is $23-$25/hr USD.
