Responsibilities
- Importing, logging, and organizing original footage in Adobe Premiere and production databases.
- Organize and review transcripts from original footage.
- Assisting producers on locating sourcing material and news clips.
- Editing together pitch reels.
- Editing videos for social media
- Updating and maintaining production logs and trackers.
- Organizing and maintaining records on scripts, ads, and voiceovers sessions.
- Assisting on video shoots when available.
- Experience using Adobe Premiere. Please share relevant work.
- Candidates must have full-time availability in Washington D.C., Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with three days in office.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Experience with video production workflows including asset management, file organization, and post-production processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to handle competing deadlines.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes and to work well under pressure and deadlines.
- Previous relevant experience in production related assignments or internships
