Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal, located in Hanover, MA. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing closing documents, conducting due diligence, managing title insurance, coordinating closings, and supporting residential real estate transactions. The role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing documents, coordinating with clients and other parties, and ensuring that all legal requirements are met for real estate transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, e-closing/Closingvue software, and Title Insurance
- Experience with transactional Real Estate transactions
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3 years prior experience in a real estate legal environment is a plus
