Salary Range: $4,500 monthly salary benefits (increase to $5,000/month after 6 months)

Job Summary:
Skate City is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to help oversee the daily business operations of our roller skating rink. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and clean environment for our customers while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings and instruction of STEM school field trips.- Ensure the rink is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Oversee customer service operations, addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support marketing teams to promote special events and skating programs offered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Experience: 2 years of experience in business management, sports administration, education, event planning, or program management.
- Any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
