Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney based in El Segundo, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Family Law Attorney will manage family law cases efficiently and comprehensively. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents such as motions, conducting legal research, representing clients throughout depositions, and advising them on legal issues. The attorney will also participate in client consultations, negotiations, and court appearances as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law, with a focus on Family Law and experience handling legal issues related to family matters.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including motions and agreements.
- Experience in conducting depositions and performing legal research to prepare cases effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to build effective client relationships.
- Membership in the California State Bar.
- Prior experience in family law disputes involving financial and business complexities is preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
