We are seeking a highly dependable, motivated Winder Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating winding machinery to ensure the efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards, optimize production processes, and support the overall manufacturing flow.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate winding machines, ensuring proper tension, alignment, and winding specifications are met according to production plans.
- Material Handling: Load raw material in the machine and thread through.
- Monitor machine operation continuously, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on winding equipment to minimize downtime. Perform minor repairs.
- Documentation: Record production data
Hours: 8am to 8pm rotating shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
