The Superintendent - MEP is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Superintendent - MEP directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers.   This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. 

 

Superintendent - MEP Required Qualifications:

      • 10 years of Proven MEP construction experience
      • 7 years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge
      • 7 years of Electrical trade specific knowledge
      • 5 years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades
      • 5 years experience working with contracts and exhibits
      • 5 years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs
